Anyone who hasn’t experienced spiritual distress – well….I can’t really imagine that possibility! I would think that we all experience spiritual distress at some point in our lives.

I think the key is to realize that it is a time of growth. Nothing is wrong.

As you say, healing is taking place within.

Couldn’t we say that spiritual distress is one of God’s ways of drawing us closer?
